[0:00] On screen: a title card — Therapist Genie®, Practice in a Bottle. "See Therapist Genie® In Action." Notes, scheduling, telehealth in Microsoft Teams, billing and payroll, in one platform inside Microsoft 365. The Genie floats beside her bottle. [0:02] On screen: an Outlook calendar week with a research meeting, supervision meetings and a client session. Clock: Monday, 8:00 AM. Voice: Monday, eight o'clock at a group practice. The week is already in Outlook, because Outlook is the calendar. [0:09] On screen: the same week in the Therapist Genie® schedule. The pointer rests on today's 9:00 telehealth session with Katniss L. Everdeen, then on the next client in the Upcoming list. Voice: There is no second calendar to reconcile. [0:16] On screen: Katniss joins a Microsoft Teams meeting from her browser and clicks Join now. Then the clinician's view of the call, and the Genie panel docked inside the meeting with its consent notice. Clock: 9:00 AM. Voice: At nine, Katniss joins from home. The session runs in Microsoft Teams, in the same environment as the record. [0:27] On screen: after the session, Genie asks one question in the chart, quoting what Katniss said at 31:40. The clinician picks "2–3" and clicks Generate Note. Clock: 10:00 AM. Voice: Genie asks only what it needs, quoting the line it heard. [0:32] On screen: an AI-drafted EMDR progress note appears. The clinician reads it and clicks "Approve & create progress note". Voice: Seconds later, a draft note is waiting, in your note format. [0:39] On screen: the note opens in the editor. The clinician adds "Review the target again next week." to the plan and clicks Sign and Save. The note shows Note Complete, signed by Sigmund Freud at 10:00 AM. Voice: You review, fix one sentence, and sign. Nothing enters a chart without you reviewing and signing it. [0:51] On screen: in the client portal, Katniss requests a telehealth session, picks two times, adds "Mornings work best for me." and sends the request. It shows as waiting for the practice. Voice: Between sessions, clients book, complete and sign paperwork in the portal. [1:00] On screen: Katniss's superbill for September, a statement for insurance reimbursement (identifier numbers blurred). Then Payroll for September: 148 sessions, the hours, and a table of clinicians. Voice: Superbills come from the same record, and payroll is computed from the sessions that actually happened. [1:10] On screen: the Finance report with earned, collected, outstanding and collection rate. Then the supervisor opens a group supervision note, clicks Sign and confirms; the signatures panel shows the supervisor signed and the supervisees waiting to sign. Voice: For the owner, reports keep themselves current, and supervision is signed in the same place. [1:23] On screen: the Therapist Genie® logo, "Most EHRs hold your notes. Genie runs your practice.", Book a demo, therapistgenie.com. Voice: Therapist Genie®. Built and used every day in a working group practice.
The platform in three parts

Clinical work
Note Genie drafts the progress note from the session, assessments are scored before the session, and supervision, consultation and groups live in the same record as the care.

Running the practice
Everyone the practice serves in one record, Microsoft Outlook as the calendar, sessions in Microsoft Teams, a portal for clients and one place to message them, all inside Microsoft 365.

The business side
Billing starts at the booking, payroll comes from the sessions that actually happened, reports keep themselves current, and your own Microsoft 365 Copilot can answer questions about the practice.
