- What are the add-ons?
- Add-ons cover extra features and AI use. They are priced by practice size, never by tokens, so nobody has to do AI maths. Ask us on a demo call and we’ll show you what applies to your practice.
- Why does Microsoft 365 appear in the calculator?
- Therapist Genie® is built inside Microsoft 365. Video, email, calendar and file storage come from your Microsoft 365 plan, which your practice licenses from Microsoft at Microsoft’s price. A basic plan is enough, and Copilot is optional.
- Is anything I type sent anywhere?
- Your figures stay in your browser while you type. If you click “Book a demo with these figures”, your team size, the tools you picked and your rounded monthly total go with you to the demo form. “Email me this breakdown” sends the summary to the address you give, and the team sees a copy. Our site analytics count page views and button clicks, never your figures.
- Is there a free plan?
- The platform itself is paid, and that’s deliberate: practices pay for the service, which is what lets us promise that client data is never used to train AI models. BLS Genie is the part that stays free.
