Same platform. Your seat first.
Practice owners
See the business you’re running.
Most EHR: electronic health recordThe software a practice keeps its clinical records in: charts and notes, and often scheduling and billing too. don’t provide visibility into utilization, retention, clinician billing, or turnover risk. Profitability lives in a separate accounting product and a pile of spreadsheets.
- Payroll computed from the sessions that actually happened, with splits, refunds and contractors handled.
- One ledger that counts processing fees and keeps receivables live.
- Reports from the same system that produced the data: billing, retention, no-shows, utilization, receivables and license-expiry alerts, plus gross profit per session and a live break-even view.
Clinicians
Documentation shouldn’t follow you home.
Typical EHR experience: notes written from a blank page hours after the session, treatment plans rebuilt by hand, and tools that don’t understand the modality you practice.
- Note Genie drafts the note from the session itself, in your format, and may ask a question, never more than two.
- You review, edit and sign. Nothing enters the chart without you, and you can open the reasoning behind any draft.
- SOAP, DAP, EMDR and EMDR intensive formats today, with templates for KAP, CBT, ACT, DBT and IFS work.
More for clinicians
Your clients’ data is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else’s.
Supervisors and consultants
Supervision belongs inside the record.
With other EHRs, supervision runs outside the record: calendar invites, word-processor notes, PDFs, chased signatures and folders. Hours, ratios and board requirements are tracked by memory and spreadsheet.
- Supervisee records, board-ready notes, group credit from attendance, dual signatures in the system, and hours against the rules of the state each person is licensed in.
- Consultation is its own engagement type, individual or group, with its own agreement and note, so a consultee is never entered as a client.
- We are not aware of another electronic health record (EHR) that does all of this (as of September 2026).
Front office
One schedule, and a login each.
Typical EHR experience: intake information gets collected twice, clinical and non-clinical conversations collide on one phone line, and shared logins are common, and not lawful.
- Scheduling against each clinician’s real Microsoft Outlook calendar, where each appointment carries its location of service, duration and service rate.
- The client portal collects the forms, consents and insurance details reception used to chase.
- Everyone has an individually identified account, scoped to their role.
Billers
The note feeds the bill.
With other EHRs, claims and clinical documentation live in different systems, denials arrive as codes with no explanation, and refunds and card fees never reach the financial picture.
- Practice service rates for standard and custom codes, with no-shows and late cancels on their own codes.
- Superbills for clients seeking reimbursement, and a ledger where fees and refunds flow through to reports and payroll.
- Claim submission, pre-submission checks and denial decoding with drafted appeals.
Educators, schools, universities and education programs
Every cohort in its own space.
With other EHRs, organizations that develop clinicians supervise associates and practicum students at scale, and run program communications through group texts and consumer apps.
- Microsoft Teams gives each cohort, supervision group and program team its own space, with permissions from the same identity system as the record.
- Announcements reach the whole program while supervision groups stay confidential.
- Multi-site practices give each location its own channels and keep practice-wide communication in one place.
More for educators
Supervision at scale: supervisee records, board-ready notes and group credit from attendance, with hours tracked against state rules.
Solo therapists
One person, a whole practice.
With other EHRs, you’re the clinician, the front desk and the biller, and the sole decision-maker on every tool.
- Note Genie, scheduling, telehealth, the client portal and payments in one place, so you stop being your own IT department.
- Sign-in security from Microsoft Entra ID, so staff passwords stay with Microsoft.
- BLS Genie for EMDR work, free.
Tell us which seat you sit in.
We’ll run the demo from that chair: the owner’s reports, the clinician’s notes or the biller’s ledger.
AI is included, and we don’t charge for admin and support staff.
