Yes. Therapist Genie® is built inside Microsoft 365, and that is where the sign-in security, Microsoft Teams video, Microsoft Outlook scheduling and file storage come from. A basic plan is enough, your practice licenses it from Microsoft, and Microsoft 365 Copilot is optional.

You’ll need Microsoft 365 alongside it: scheduling runs in Outlook and sessions run in Teams. Ask us to walk through what the move involves for your practice.

No. Therapist Genie® is an independent company. It is built inside Microsoft 365, which your practice licenses from Microsoft.

It drafts it. Seconds after the session ends, a draft waits in the chart. Genie may ask one question, never more than two, and quotes the line it heard. You review, edit and sign, and signed notes lock.

Yes. A practice brings its own note structure, and clinicians can keep their own preferences on top of it. SOAP, DAP, EMDR and EMDR intensive formats are available today; EFT and couples note formats are coming soon.

The independent security audits belong to the Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure services Therapist Genie® is built on, and your practice inherits that environment. They are not certifications Therapist Genie® holds in its own name.

Yes, we sign a business associate agreement with customers. Ask us how it applies to your practice.

Access comes from the same Microsoft identity as the record, so removing the person in Microsoft 365 ends their access to the record, the files and the team channels at once.
